I'm 5'6 (F) and currently 153 pounds. Have used my digital scale, my mother's non-digital scale, the scale at my local Publix grocery store, and the scale at my doctor's office. All four came out roughly the same. Here's a collage of my current physique (front and side). Am not sucking in by the way. For some reason, my ribs show, despite my weight and lower stomach pooch. Its confusing! I do weight lifting 2-3 times a week. Aside from that, no other exercise since I have an active lifestyle (no car). I'm literally out and about on my feet, almost all day everyday lol. Public transportation is a bish, especially in this area. My calories range from 500-3,000. HUGE range I know but some days I'm just not hungry at all while others I could eat an entire fridge of food. I believe in eating intuitively. I started in December of 2013 at 190 pounds. Weight loss has been SUPER slow. Like snail speed lol. But I'd like to know how much more weight I should lose?
153 pounds (current)
Much thanks!

You don't look like you need to lose weight. But where is all that extra weight coming from? You don't look muscular, more like you need to build muscle. Do you have a brick in your stomach or something? I'm baffled.

Yeah I'm with bodyfatsux, I don't see how you can possibly weigh 153 lbs at 5'6". If I had to guess I'd say you were in the 120ish range.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Based on your pics, you're not a candidate for a cut. Not buying the 5' 6", 153.
Based on your post history, you'd do well to seek counseling for your body image issues.
Good luck.No brain, no gain.
