Looking to get some bands, primarily for squat. What size should i look at? They seem to be in mm. Little info on the topic online pretty annoying. Any recommendations with bands/sizes? Thanks!

Geared lifting lights and averages for squats and mini, monster minis for bench. Mainly pushing against. Circa max , light + another level of band or strong.
Unequipped mini for bench and lights for squats. Mainly reverse setup.
Using dynamic method mainly against.
Assistance work minis though average and a single strong band.
Variety is the spice of life.
Then gets some chains and you'll never be board.

to start out get a mini band for bench and deadlift and a light band for squat.
Squat
Light Bands = 150 lbs. at top
Medium Bands = 200 lbs. at top
Heavy Bands = 300 lbs. at top
Bench
Mini's = 85 lbs. at top
Monster Mini's = 125 lbs. at top
Light Bands = 200 lbs. at top
Deadlift
Quaded Mini = 110 lbs. at top
Doubled Mini = 220 lbs. at top
Quaded Monster Mini = 140 lbs. at top
Doubled Monster Mini = 280 lbs. at top
