Good job everyone keep up the great work! This week I lost 2.8 pounds, I'm guessing thats good. I'm not sure if thats a good amount a week for someone my size, I'm only 5'2 so pretty heavy for my height. I also had really bad cramps and only worked out twice this week so it could be that. I'll keep going and see what happens next week.

As expected, weight dropped more the next day after you know what lol. But I'll credit that to the next weigh-in.
I'm just glad I broke the 160s range again after maybe 4 years within the 170s range of not caring about what I eat.
Still lucky I didn't gain that much fats though. I didn't care about food intake for 4 years but I still regularly work out. This makes me more excited about this and will try to aim for 160 instead by the end of MaySteam - jinda28

Hey folks, I'm in a bit of a weird patch with my weightloss journey: My diet has remained relatively unchanged with about 2k calories consumed each day but I've been consistenly been losing about 1lb a week.

Another good week for me 2lb lost, thats averaging 1.75lb a week which is probably a bit high?
Will increase my calories slightly and also supplement with Creatine this week so might not have any weight loss to report on the 4th May!

With my workout intensities and deficit I think like the only thing I lost was time. There is a small chance though that I'm doing a recomp, as my lifts are getting slowly stronger and/or creatine retains some water?
It's getting easier and easier to give up and just start bulking up again.

Here's that massive drop I promised! LOL It only works out to 1.7/lb a week loss over 2 weeks though. I'm halfway done on my progress bar now. Hopefully not losing too fast but I've been hitting protein macro + lifting the best I can.

Quite surprised that I managed to lose 1.6lbs this week. Cheated on Friday, Saturday & Sunday last week but managed to claw it back somehow. Am conscious of the fact that I dropped my proteins quite low with the lower calories during the week in order to make up for the cheat weekend. Going to try and keep my protein higher than usual this week.
All in all, first 4 weeks of cutting completed and down 7.9 lbs which I am very happy with. Lifts haven't dropped much either, but I have dropped volume quite significantly.
This thread really helps with the accountability.
