Firstly, I'd like to thank you JSim83 for maintaining the spreadsheet, much appreciated! So my 8 week target was 194 lbs, which I am 4.9lbs short of. However, I'm not contest prep'ping or anything and I have lost 6-7kg in the last 2 months and feel much leaner than when I started, so I will personally consider this a very successful 2 months of cutting. Now for the next 8 weeks.

My last weigh in for this challenge was 100,9 kg (222,4 lbs). I feel like I was maybe a bit dehydrated, but that is the number anyways... So total loss for me in this challenge was 6,9 lbs. It is little less i wanted, but I'm happy with the progress. I've now lost total of 73 lbs of weight since February 2017. So I've had rather slow pace for my weight loss, but it feels that it is sustainable so I keep doing what I am doing.

Maths is a wonderful thing. I worked it out based on my form already (I actually started my journey on the 24th of March) as I'll be continuing on to July 3rd, and further if required. I'm going to the gym minimum 6 days a week, sometimes double sessions if injuries aren't weighing me down. I've always had a huge engine so cardio isn't much of an effort for me in terms of cardio vascular effort, but my knees and ankles have given out occasionally, but I've kept pushing. I'm aiming for a six pack and increasing my cardio to be able to play a full 90 minute soccer game (ball is in play only about 60minutes so that's what I base my running on).
W0: 30th March - 94kg/ 207.2lbs (starting weight)
W1: 6th April - 93kg /205lbs (- 1.0kg / 2.2lbs)
W2: 13th April - 92.4kg / 203.7lbs (- 0.6kg / 1.3lbs)

It is not a coincidence: I will have to supress my 1 cheat meal/week on June until the end of the month. I need to compete in a master weightlifting tournment, and my energy levels need to raise, as well a daily availability for the pre-contest workouts.
Let´s check on Jun/Jul thread.
I didn´t give up of my sweet cheat meals. You will see. I... will... be... back...

Current weight 269.6lbs on a goal of 270!!! Wasn't sure if I would hit my goal after getting sick for a few days and then going on vacation. I just stuck with straight whiskey and no mix and only ate half the portions they served at the restaurants. I guess it worked.
