Had a good sleep after a lot of programming in the past week. Stepped on the scale and it said 166.6lbs. Only 0.6 lbs away from my goal for May. Dehydrated a little maybe, but in the mirror my love handles keep getting smaller and smaller. It's an amazing feeling when you can see the progress even if you're checking every day.

Probably 93 kg should be my upper limit, all my clothes still fitting comfortably, but psychologically i'm not prepared to go over 210 lb or so, not on my current body composition.

On a side note: I have a pink lifting belt from lifting large and most of the time, since it's one prong, have used the 4th hole. At my first meet when came in at 129.8 at weigh-in though obviously a little more once rehydrated and food. Still, that was the first time I used the 5th hole on the belt. The last month, I have been using the 5th hole even at 135. Today... 6th hole. Only 2 left on the belt. And measurements, last 2 months have gone down an inch on my waist.Gym Max: 229/126/305

I have to submit mine a day early as I'll be busy for the next week or so. Uhh, needless to say I smashed it out these past 2-3 weeks and the results are showing. The reason for the weight fluctuation was due to assessments weighing me down and smashing a few KFC and Burger King meals, as well as V, so I did bloat up a bit. However, my cardio performance quad-rippled, hell, it multiplied by a million. I was able to push myself for longer and went much, much harder.
Averaging 1km per 5 minutes over a sustained period of an hour with no incline and 7~ minutes with an incline of 15% - however as this can't be sustained, I vary between speeds but the average is around 7 minutes.
I won't cheat my diet at all these next 7 days and also dropping the diet sodas to 200ml max per day with dinner aaaand only two slices of bread a day. My goal is to be able to play soccer again without dying by the 5th minute and also to lose weight/have a slim athletic body with abs, which is why I chose the cardio route (at least 70/30 in terms of time applied at the gym anyway). Once I cut down to my ideal body fat percentage, I will start smashing weights out for an equal amount of time (my transformation will be 16 weeks).

Dang. Was down yesterday, but it was also the first iftar of Ramadan yesterday and I may have eaten a few too many salty snacks and went over my calories. Not religious myself and I live away from home, but my mum insisted we do the first one together so the meal couldn't be avoided.
In any case, this may be the last week I weigh in as I'm off to Valencia for a whole week after graduating this weekend and I'm not sure I'll have access to a scale while I'm there. See you guys in the next challenge.

It might seem that I have lost over 2kg this week but I weighed an average of 90.8kg this week I'd say. I know I have a big cheat day coming up tonight with lots of drinking & food and so I performed a 24 hr fast from yesterday to today to allow myself to binge. So this weight is a 24 hour fasted weight with a lot less water weight than I'd usually hold. Still, always motivating to see a low number!

Pretty bummed out with this result, I didn't eat the best last Saturday but it wasn't THAT bad. Hopefully I have a "woosh" coming. Mirror results appear to be progressing so that is good.

272 at the last weigh in so I’m not going to reach my goal of 265 but I’m not too disappointed, gone down a size in jeans and most tops so happy about that. Arms, chest and leg muscles all appear to be much better than when I started so like I say overall I am happy with my progress. Is there going to be a June, July and August thread??? My bathroom scale weight this morning was 227.8, so I am estimating that would put me right about at my goal weight of 230. Overall content with the progress, still a ways to go though.
