    Should my biceps look like this?

    I'm 16 and very skinny so I began to workout about a month ago. Now I'm starting to see some change in my biceps. However, I have a few friends who also started with me and their biceps look a bit different. Mine look like balls on my arms while theirs look longer. Is this normal? Is it good or bad? I'm a total gym noob so I have no idea if this is normal or not.

    Depending on how you’re working them will determine development to a degree....you may wanna do a little research on muscle growth and exercise to get a sense of how everything works. Also look at nutrition. Head over to the “Teen” forums for more specific advice as we can’t really do much on this side of it....a bunch of old Fcks over here and we have to do things a little differently than you young bucks.
