I have been working out and dieting for a month. I started off with 11% body fat and weighted 58.6kg . I was 5'6 and a half.
I am now 56.1 kg with 6% body fat. I am now 5'6.9ft.
What I don't get is that my traps have grown, biceps and legs so how could I lose weight.
Also I don't have abs really but when I flex I can see a bit of a 4 pack coming. However when rexlaed I have a belly which I don't understand if my body fat is 6.3%.
Please help as I am worried about what is happening. I am 18 male.
