    Unhappy Confused with my body

    I have been working out and dieting for a month. I started off with 11% body fat and weighted 58.6kg . I was 5'6 and a half.

    I am now 56.1 kg with 6% body fat. I am now 5'6.9ft.
    What I don't get is that my traps have grown, biceps and legs so how could I lose weight.
    Also I don't have abs really but when I flex I can see a bit of a 4 pack coming. However when rexlaed I have a belly which I don't understand if my body fat is 6.3%.

    Please help as I am worried about what is happening. I am 18 male.

    You lost bodyfat and gained muscle. The percentages aren't super accurate, most likely. How were they measured?

    I used Tesco machine thing in the store. I was concerned about the reliability of it. But what else can I use

    Don't use anything. Get educated on diet, start a good beginner lifting program like a 5 x 5, and enjoy solid gains.

    Straight outta fitness magazines..

    Don't worry about you are eating as long as you fulfill your macros. If you eat like that every day, chances are you will lose motivation later on, and start eating junk and be out of shape again.
