    Any tips on my workout

    Hi,

    Just looking for any tips you can give me on my workout. Its done me well so far but if you can think of any exercises I can switch out and get bigger bang for my buck would be great. I've stopped doing bodyweight exercises like pull ups, dips etc cos of bad elbows.

    Mon: Chest

    5 x 8 Flat bench press
    5 x 8 incline bench press
    5 x 8 cable fly
    5 x 10 pushups

    Tues: Back

    5 x 8 seated rows
    5 x 8 bent over rows
    5 x 8 pulldowns
    5 x 8 reverse back fly

    Wed: Legs & core

    5 x 8 leg curl
    5 x 8 ham curl
    5 x 8 squat
    5 x 8 weighted calf raises
    Core work

    Thurs: Bi's/Tri's

    5 x 8 bi curl/tri pulldown (rope) superset
    5 x 8 half bi curl/tri pulldown (bar) superset
    5 x 8 hammer curl/tri kickback superset

    Fri: Shoulders

    5 x 8 standing shoulder press
    5 x 8 standing side raises
    5 x 8 standing front raises
    5 x 8 shrugs/reverse shoulder fly superset

    Sat/Sun rest

    I will add some traps exercises on shoulder day like shrugs.
