Hey guys! So I’ve recently started training again and I realized that during my powerlifting days I’ve only really worked on squat, bench and deadlifts. But now that I’ve gained some weight my calves just look really fat, should I just be focused on losing weight? Or Should I also do some lifting/exercise that involves my calves?
