Let me start by saying that I did go to gym before, but beacuse of health problems I had to quit for 1 year. So I got muscle memory, know what to eat and have proper form.
So, I started again going to gym when I've seen that I'm eating around 600-700 Kcal a day (I couldn't eat more, I would puke) and I went to 58.8 kg (1.82cm height) (18 y o). And now I'm 1 month and 2 weeks in, eating around 3500-4000 Kcal / day, using aminos and BSN True Mass, and from 58.8kg I am now (last check) 65.4 Kg. Can you approximate how much of it is water and etc and how much I really gained in those 1 month and 2 weeks?
