Question Calling all Macro Kings! NEED HELP

    Hey everyone!

I just started calculating my macros and I want to start to take this very serious (not that I don't already), just need some guidance.

I want to add lean muscle, I am currently in the best shape of my life but I want to continue to excel. I have abs, am cut, and good size, but I want to start to get that bulky, thick, cut look by adding a few pounds of lean muscle in the right places.

Through the 1,000+ macro calculators, every single one tells me dramatically different numbers. What are my macros???

    21 years old
    5'11.5ft
    180 pounds
workout 6 days a week, hour and a half sessions
    13% Body Fat

    Thanks guys!

.7g of protein per pound, .4g of fat per pound as minimums, rest of calories from whatever the hell you want.
