I tried the NB product and it is SO freaking sweet - too freaking sweet. Need to use like 32 oz of water to make it drinkable.
Is ergonine the same?

I think both reload and ergonine have very good profiles. The inclusion of leucine/glutamine in the formulas make me feel like they are best suited immediately post workout...the last thing I feel like doing after lifting session is chugging 32 more ounces of liquid - I am usually really just hungry by that time - not thirsty.
Plus, the product contains creatine, which I understand converts to creatinine or something like that if it sits in water for a little while, so sipping the 32 ounces wouldnt be ideal....
The only thing i would like in Reload that is in ergonine would be the HICA.
Also FYI, I just bought a bottle of Humapro caps yesterday to try out (i know, i know), which I will be taking pre/post WO. That is the only other thing I am using ATM.

It is suggested to take Reload later on in the day, not exactly "post workout", this is to continue your body in a recovery mode. That's what it is designed to do. I personally take it in about 4-6oz of water, like a shot.
