    Creatine and type 2 diabetes

So in a previous post I was asking about what supps I should take 5 months in from beginning. Lot of you suggested creatine in addt to whey I’m already taking. I know you can’t really offer med advice but has anyone taken it with t2 diabetes? I control it with meds and also take a water pill for bp which I am going off of with dr permission. I reading article saying creatine could help with glucose levels. What do you think

Creatine may have some benefits, but with a medical condition this is something you should discuss with your doctor.

I’m adult onset type 1. My doc had no problems with me taking it.

There may be some benefits but regular exercise with or without creatine is what really matters.

...but talk to YOUR doc to be sure.
