    Should I start cutting?

    Hello. Long time lurker here. I hit the point after 6months of hard work where I dont know if I should start cutting bodyfat or still bulk. Gained 10kilograms per 6months.

    Weight 70kg -> 80kg
    Height 1.91

    I eat around 3000 calories daily if not more. Stopped counting and just eat when ever I want. 6meals per day basicly cause I work 8-10hours shift and literaly waste around 500 to 1000 calories cause its psychical job. Gym was for a hour now I changed my program and I really enjoy being there around 2 hours unless Im busy.

    Shall I stop bulk and start eating deficit?

    My program is:
    A) Deadlift 1x5 140kg, Squat 3x5 90kg, Chin Up 3x5 15kg 25kg 30kg, Oh press 3x5 52.5kg, Face pull 2x20 20kg
    B) Squat 3x5 90kg, bench press 50kg, chin ups, chest supported rows 3x5 27.5kg, sixpack, barbel row 3x5 70kg, tricep pushdown 3x8 60kg superset with 3x10 6kg lats
