Ok so I recently found out about the whole nofap thing and it got me interested. There seems to be alot of people criticizing it saying its fake and that its all placebo and keep on wanking its natural etc etc. Now the thing is that people who actually tried it seems to only have seen positive effects from it. More confidence, energy, better mood etc. Yet people say its stupid. I havent seen a single comment from someone doing the whole 90 day challenge saying it was a waste of time and went back to porn. What got me the most interested was how porn affects our brains because that really made sense to me. Like how it started off with girls in bikinis and just gets more and more hardcore because of dopamine or whatever. Also how im going through pages and pages of thumbnails and different videos instead of just picking the first best one. Its my brain just craving more and more dopamine hits. Anyways im starting the 90 day challenge tomorrow (might still wank tho but just to fantasy, porn is a big no-no). But I still want some more opinions on it and discuss it etc so comment wat yu tink.

I've tried it. Lasted about 3 days so results are inconclusive. But it didn't seem to have any effect on me, except I wanted to fap.
