Scoring the 5-5 square was a winner right off the bat, sweet!! This winning square got me the Gaspari Anavite Powder in Orange Flavor.



What is Anavite? It is their premium choice for a multivitamin. Now, every multivitamin I have ever taken has been in a pill form so this was different for me but very cool. So, what’s in it???



Let’s see what stands out to me in looking at the label. First off since this is powder form and not a pill form, they removed the artificial flavors used in pill coatings. Great to see all the sources used are for improved absorption and bioavailability.

You thought that was exciting, well hold on a minute............what about these 3 unique inclusions??

Gaspari went ahead and included ingredients to improve performance, recovery and other important factors.

Carnosyn Beta Alanine at 1600mg per serving, this one common seen in pre workouts or post workouts. Beta Alanine is a great endurance-boosting compound. A lot of clinical references online suggest 3200mg or great so for me on workout days I would take my two scoops before workout and on rest days I would take one serving morning and night.

Carnipure Carnitine Tartate at 1000mg per serving, L-Carnitine has long been known to provide a number of benefits including increased vasodilation, nitric oxide levels and androgen receptor density, as well as enhanced recovery. L-Carnitine L-Tartrate is a much more bioavailable form of L-Carnitine.

Boron at 25mcg, Boron is a dietary mineral found primarily in fruits, vegetables, and potatoes. It has been shown to alleviate joint inflammation and in some studies has been shown to increase free testosterone levels.

In conclusion, I really loved the orange flavor and would combine it with a PWO or Protein Powder or just use it straight up in water. The two scoop usage before the gym had an awesome PWO feel (tingles) and even the one scoop usage had a very subtle PWO feel.

Definitely recommend people try it.

I also enjoyed taking it when I get up at 2:45am for work, fasted a bit, then take 1 serving and tingles all the way to work. Nice!!

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I know I picked up a jug of this last month and I'm really like it as well. I always used the Anavite pills but after trying this, it's a much easier/better way to consume my daily multi. I just throw it in a shake and chug it down and that' it. Simple and easy.

Thanks for the thoughts on this. I didn't know it was in powdered form. I was under the impression it would be pills so I never gave it a thought. Makes me more curious.

We are trying our best to spread the word because most don't realize it does (Anavite comes in powdered form) but it does taste amazing and is super convenient.

I mentioned it here to a guy who had bariatric surgery. A powdered vitamin has a better chance of being absorbed with his new condition.
