Hey everyone, I'm a year and a half into lifting weights and I've managed to drop 108 pounds (started at 326, I'm 218 now, I'm 5'9) . I've lost a ton of inches everywhere, my body fat percentage has dropped about 12% and I've gained almost 13 pounds of muscle. I'm currently working the Project Mass plan but I'm wondering if I'm working against myself. I know I need to drop my body fat more (it's at 30%) and I desperately want to gain as much muscle as I can. Should I be working to gain muscle or focus on fat loss? My goal is to be around 18% BF.
I use Avatar Nutrition and they have my Macros at 145 P, 152 C and 58 F.
Do you guys think I should find a plan more focused on fat loss or should I continue with Project Mass and keep lifting heavy??
