Im thinking of taking taurine beta alanine and caffine each in its pure form i have caffine pills and i want to buy taurine and BA in powder form but i heared i should take BA daily it says on NOW BA that i should tak 2g 3 to 4 times a day but i heared that i should take between 2-5g a day....??

What kind of workout? Weightlifting?
BA is pretty much useless in this application and timing of BA isn't relevant as it works via saturation like creatine. Whatever you choose to do, 2g 3-4x per day is excessive."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

I have great luck with Beta Alanine. I really feel its a great anti-fatigue supp. I do 2g am and 2g pm. Be prepared for the tingles; I only get them for a day or 2 when I first start back up on it and it goes away for me after that.
Let me tell you tho, that BA can affect heart function. I get heart palps and the BA makes it worse. This is why I also supp with Taurine whenever I'm on BA. BA and Taurine fight for uptake and taurine is something the heart uses to regulate rhythm. So I add 3g taurine per day; 1g am, 1g lunch, 1g pm.
