I have been bulking for around 12 months the last 6 following PHAT routine. My lifts are 80/100/140kg B/S/D. I was hoping to get to around 100/120/160 before I started to cut but I am feeling a little too fat. I have been told that I am not strong enough & that I would probably look like s**t if I cut & I would look like I didnt lift. Any advice guys? Pics attached. Thanks.

You're carrying quite a bit of fat and with those numbers I doubt you have enough muscle to get super lean and expect to look good. You would look better if you cut and got some definition but you should forget about trying to get really lean and going for a 6 pack because you would look too skinny.
Bench -216lbs
Squat - 268lbs
Deadlift - 375lbs
OHP - 134lbs

Thanks for your reply. I am not too bothered about a 6 pack I had one before I started a bulk in fact at 136lb untrained I think I looked pretty good so after a year of lifting & increasing my lifts from nothing to what they are now i think I should look of if i can maintain my strength & muscle mass & cut some of the fat off. Pic attached for reference at 136lb. What do you think?
