Currently, I'm 5"7 (170.18cm) and weigh 123 lbs (56kg).
Before, I used to weigh 165 lbs, but I lost all that weight in 6 months by reducing calorie intake. However, now that I lost weight, I realized I have very little muscle and there is still a decent amount of fat in my midsection. Should I bulk up and build muscle or continue to cut a bit more to get rid of the excess fat I have?
