Hello<3 this is my first thread here i hope u can understand my points <3
Im 67.3KG (148.3 pounds) , 177cm (5'10) 20yrs and here is my photos of the past months i started to hit the gym
i was 60 after my accident and i gained weight and muscles but i feel it is not enough i need more and i cant hit my 2900 calories a day..
-So if i needed a supplement it will be a gainer or protein ? if gainer i can buy mass gainer complex/mass effect or any at the same price i need your recommendation how i can use it properly i dont need fats i need more size cuz i feel smaller than the picture actually
-if i stopped using it all i did is gone ? or atleast in the future i will be able to eat easier cuz i forced my body to take more calories ?

Gainers are powdered food. It's a protein shake + simple carbs. Utilize a protein powder IF you're falling short on your protein macros for the day. Add milk, oats, PB, and etc. to increase the kcals of your shake if necessary.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

This OP.
A) "Healthy" is a subjective term which can mean anything thus it means nothing, especially with regard to body comp. In your case it's not yielding enough calories thus it's insufficient and poor.
B) You need the calories to grow, so enjoy your problem and eat your face off. I wish I had this issue."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."
