    Cutting plans

    Hi,

    I've started around 1.5 months ago with 21.5% body fat. I am currently at 18.8%.

    I plan to cut it to 17% and finally start bulking to see some muscle results.

    Is going from 17% to like 19% enough range to gain some mass?

    I can't bulk past 19% because I look like **** with so much fat.
