    Cardio From my Work Job

Hey guys, in two weeks I will start my 2nd cutting cycle ever. Though this still pertains to my bulking cycle as well, I wanted to ask how you guys estimate how much you lose/how to compensate for the cardio that occurs within a job.

I work 8 hour shifts about 4 times a week, and I must say they are quite labour intensive such as alot of kneeling and bending down to pick things up (up to 20lb loads every few minutes or so), constantly walking from one place to another within the facility, etc.

So say I am needing to cut at a deficit of 2000 and I eat say 2300 cals through food only. How will I be able to accurately track how much the work from my job will add to my deficit in terms of cutting down to my goal of 2000?

    Cheers

Do you know how many calories you are eating now?

Because if you are maintaining on your current calories and activity level then you just need to cut from that number.

If you are maintaining on 2300 and want to lose about a pound a week then go to 1800 calories.

+1, it's important to base your calories about actual "real life" findings!

IF you have figured your TDEE, that number should include an "activity multiplier" that accounts for your daily activities.
