I am so hyped for this, only things that could ruin it for me are:

1) Excessive stupid humour, like in GOTG 2 or Thor: Ragnarok. But I think they will take this one more seriously, and

2) Focusing too much on the new Avengers (Black Panther, Dr Strange etc.). This movie should really focus on the originals, Iron Man & Captain America especially, but also Thor and Hulk. Sure give GOTG, Dr Strange, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Black Panther some screentime but the focus should really be on the originals from the start of the franchise.

Damn was really hoping for the Death aspect. How the fuk are we supposed to believe he cares that much about his daughters when we've never seen them interact together? Granted we've barely seen thanos or either's backstories

Chris Evans and RDJs contracts should be up. Iron Man and Captain will most definitely be dying here. Would also put money on Korg or one other lesser character biting the dust as well.

Some people speculate Thor will die too but I dunno with Ragnarok there's too much money potential now. Definitely won't be a main character though.

The new big three will be Black Panther, Dr. Strange and Spider-Man. Thor will be recurring most likely.

I skipped Black Panther and all previous Marvels (Thor 3 , Guardians 2 , Dr Strange ) but I definitely will not miss this one.

Strong skipping some of the best marvel movies.

Cap found the soul gem, which is why wakanda is being attacked. why else would thanos feel the need to send his army there?

also without a gem theres no way Cap holds Thanos back like he did in the trailer.

this movie is all about thanos going after the Gems.

in the first trailer we saw them hurting Vision, this trailer they torturing Dr. Strange. Cap has to have the last one

Actually looks decent - thought the last two Avenger films were very average, especially the last one. Just too generic and predictable.

I used to like these Marvel films but lately all of it is way too over the top and ridiculous. For me, I enjoyed them more when the were more grounded in reality.

Iron Man was somewhat believable and Captain America to an extent as well. Ever since Avengers 1 and Thor Ragnarok came along, it became way too over the top, with maybe Age of Ultron being the biggest offender (Haven't seen a Marvel movie after that except Black Panther, so some may be even worse now with things like Ant Man). I enjoyed Black Panther as a movie, but hate that vibranium is the end all be all answer to everything for why the tech is so advanced when it's just a metal that absorbs/disperses kinetic energy.

Now with Infinity war we get even more retarded with things like the bleeding edge armor. I know this is all based on comics and their non existence of sci fi logic, but it's something that irks me. The movies aren't terrible and some are quite enjoyable, but I just wish they were less over the top.

Perhaps my biggest gripe is of Black Widow and how terrible the character is for the movies. Despite not having any superpowers, she performs superhuman feats while wearing a leather one piece and comes out unscathed in every encounter which is just incredibly ridiculous. This becomes even worse as she has no CGI elements on her, and every chroma key shot with her looks terrible.

Tldr: I don’t like to watch fun movies because they are getting too fun.

As a participant in the mcu from the beginning, I’m very excite.
