My first question to you is do you know how many calories you need in order to gain weight?
If you don't know then I would head to the nutrition section (link below) to figure out your calories needed to start gaining weight.

A mass gainer is simply a high calorie replacement meal. It should be used as a means of convenience. The primary focus should be on consuming whole minimally processed foods. This should the be main way you get your calories in (protein, carbs & fat).
Outside of that use your mass gainer as a way to get your calories in if you didn't make a meal for lunch for example. You can take the full serving if you're needing the calories for the day or half the serving depending on your allotment for the day.
You can mix with just water or go with 1% milk, 2% milk, whole mile, cashew milk, almond milk, you get the point. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

If you're asking how to utilize powdered food you'd accomplished 0 adequate "research" at all. Your "research" should have led you to the conclusion that its a couple of scoops of whey + sugar basically.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

well i calculated my calories on the site that you've sended me and for Maintenance i need 2439 calories so fo me to gain weight i need more than that like 3000 right ? ,and as i understand the primary focus should be on the food and for the gainer i only use it when i didn't consume the right amount of calories for the day.

I would start with 500 calories above your maintenance.
Yes in regards to how to use your gainer. I'd personally use it for days where I may have not gotten enough whole foods in me and need those calories before calling it a day. Or if you're on the go and don't have access to a meal prepared just bring a serving of your gainer for some easy calories. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441
