    Shoulder press machine 5 set 8 25lb

    Lat pulldown 5 set 8-10 75lb

    Seated Row 5 set 10 55lb

    Bicep curl 3 set 10 35lb (stay 30)

    Tricep pushdown wide grip 5 set 8-10 25lb

    Alternating between both

    Sit up 5 set 15-12-10-8-7

    Leg lifts arm rest 5 set 15-15-15-15-15

    Eliptical 5 min
