So, im starting to lift weights almost everyday and start football this year.. im 15 years old. People are telling me protein powder is really good after weights but i dont know which too get and how many scoops to use? Can someone help? And how much protein should i get from a shake? 25? 60??

You don't need protein powder after a workout, however it's a good idea to ingest at least 20g of protein at some point following a workout bout. Again, that's not protein powder specific. Meaning within a couple hours after exercise, eat a meal that's protein-rich. Could be a burrito from Chipotle which contains around 45g of protein, could be 2 chicken breasts with dinner, or a glass of milk along with lunch. No one needs protein powder.
