IM 40 NOT 48! stupid website won't let me change it lol
Hi, over the past year for No reason! my shoulders have got 3 times weaker, yet every other muscle group has stayed the same,( actually got alittle stronger).
I have tried everything! Less workouts, more workouts , different excercises to try and trick muscles, I have even taken two weeks off this year twice! incase I over trained. And my diet and nutrition is definitely excellent.
It's a mystery! I can only presume I've got some disease or something. If so, what disease can cause this?
Oh I forgot to say, it's the seated shoulder press I got problem with.
Cheers

Maybe you are working shoulders in a high gravity area.

Yes, 48 yo makes a huge fraction of this forum goers, especially the ones with the number of posts = 1.
I guess, by default, the site script puts everybody's BD at 1970. To change it, you have to go deep into your account setting and change it there.
It remains a mystery why the webmasters refuse to make it more transparent and easier.

Odd I'd always thought it the other way round, that strict (no leg cheating) was the "harder" of the two as you don't have a seat to hold you up
Whether you consider it cheating try strict standing for a bit instead, you never know the change might help (psychological or not) doing it differently could work. Perhaps deload 15% and microload your way back up and hopefully past your current plateau.
