    Exclamation carnivor 100 beef aminos and creatine

    hello,

    im was taking ON creatine mono 3g daily plus xtend BCAA for the past one month or so, but i switched to 3 pills per day on CARNIVOR BEEF AMINOS since the last 2 days, and stopped using the creatine still using the xtnd BCAA's intrawork out , i only stopped using the creatine coz on the bottle it says that the beef aminos are Enhanced with Creatine.

    my question is should i keep taking the 3g creatine mono post workout or stop using it since as the pills of beef aminos have em but it dont say what type of creatine it has in it or how much.

    if some one can answer my question it would be much appreciated.

    i know bro but all im asking is how much creatine do the beef pills have as the state its Enhanced with Creatine...but how much

    So you stopped taking something that had an ergogenic benefit with saturation to take something that has zero benefit? Meet your macro, take the creatine and stop wasting money on free-form amino acids.
