PLEASE HELP? Optimum Nutrition Thermo Cuts vs BSN HyperShred Edge vs Maxi Thermobol

What is the difference between these? What is the better option? Is it worth mix and matching? Ss there a better option at a similar price range? How much do they really work? Do they just burn fat or do they help with toning and or muscle growth? Can you take them alongside creatine, whey protein, CLA, BSN nitrix 2.0 and amino acids such as L-Alanine?

    Nothing directly burns fat..
Workout intensity and calorie deficit does.
If you want supps to help, then perhaps look into either ECA or Caffeine/Yohimbine.
But it is important that you address your tolerance with these. (start at a low dosage).

    And muscle growth?
Pick one goal or the other..

As for other supps, keep it simple.
    Creatine 3-5g daily
Whey Protein (optional, based on your protein intake).

As you progress into your cut,
You can consider stuff like Ashwagandha for mood/performance.
But until then, keep it simple!

Save your money on the "fat burners," CLA and L-alanine (or any free-form amino acids).

If you need powdered food to help meet your macros, then cool. If you can get enough protein through your normal diet, there is no need to supplement protein.

Creatine can be great, but keep your expectations in line. The results are not huge.

Nitrix is fine I guess, but what do you really want out of your preworkout? Pumps, feelings of energy, focus, some combo of the three?

You're better off focusing on your nutrition and diet. That's what really drives fat loss.

Toning = losing fat. Muscle growth is called hypertrophy. Both require difference caloric goals. Doing them at the same time is called recomp and it's hard. This is why most people cut and bulk.

Diet and energy expenditure burns fat. no OTC fat burner will burn fat.

if your diet and exercise program has you in a caloric deficit, then either of these could possibly help.
