    Thumbs down Dumped a fat scoop (5g) of creatine hcl in my mouth. 0/10 would not recommend.

    Just started taking creatine hcl for my workouts. Watched a YouTube video of hodge twins taking creatine by dumping a scoop in their mouth and saying it had no taste. The guy at GNC told me the creatine hcl I bought had no taste.

    So my gym buddy gets in my car and we start mixing pre workout. I take my creatine and dump a fat scoop in my mouth trying to look cool. I almost threw up. It was ****ing putrid. It tasted like warheads with a touch of salt and acid. I’m pretty sure it burned some enamel off my teeth because when I grind them together they feel like chalk, 3 hours later. Not to mention it made me feel sick to my stomach the entire workout.

    Pro tip: always mix creatine hydrochloride. Creatine monohydrate is the one that has no taste.

    Does anyone know why the hcl version tastes so ****ing bad and what it did to my teeth? Insight appreciated. Christ
