New to the supps game but looking to get the edge and the last couple of kgs off. I'm 51kg & 159cm female. Does the daily dose of 5mg of acetyl l carnitine seem to be too much? Might suit your average male but not sure wether to lower the dose for my size...

Carnitine, of any form, does not effect fat loss.
If your diet is on point, and you're getting to the last stages of fat loss you could try increasing cardio as well as increasing calories a tad bit. Basically you use a calorie deficit to get as low as you can before adding cardio as you can only lower calories to a certain point. As far as supplementation, you might look in to EC stack and/or yohimbine if you don't have any adverse reaction to stimulants.Psych & handcuffs
