So over the summer, I broke my scaphoid which is a wrist/hand bone and fractured my radius. I had been lifting for about 6 months up to this point they had to stop. Now I am able to lift weights again and I'm not sure whether I want to try and cut then build, or just lean bulk. I'm 19 and 175-180 lbs. I do not know my body fat % so I would appreciate some estimates. I feel like I have a decently muscular look and want to continue getting stronger, but I feel my hips are already incredibly wide and getting rid of that, or at least making it look better, is my number one priority. What do you guys think I should do?

You need to bulk to get more muscle and cut to lose the love handles. It doesn't matter too much which one you do first.
You can't help the hopeless.
