For those of you who are truly my friends on here (you guys know who you are) you are aware that Patty has 3 clogged arteries which brings her pain to her chest/back whenever she does any physical activity. This is in part of the arteries working harder to get blood to the heart, but the doctor said this is normal with her condition and actually advise her to do some cardio to strengthen the heart while while on medication which she has to take for the rest of her life.
Due to that discomfort/pain Patty became very inactive and had gain more weight than ever. As I have been posting videos of her training (I am so proud of her) on here you guys know she has been doing this for 2 months and 1 week to be exact. In that time she has gone up on all her lifts, but more importantly she has lost 16lbs. We still haven't done any cardio as she still has fear that the pain will come (it hasn't while lifting weights).
Patty, unlike me does not like to to take pics, let alone post them on the internet. But yesterday while she was walking towards me I snapped a pic of her and out of respect to her I put on sun on her face, but I wanted to share it here with you guys.
Want to thank you guys who have posted in her threads and shown support, I will continue to train her and I will post (with her permission of course) updated pics of her progress in the next two months and so on.

Great job! Good to see she keeps doing it despite all the disadvantages, and that she has you for support!
“Fight one more round. When your feet are so tired that you have to shuffle back to the centre of the ring, fight one more round. When your arms are so tired that you can hardly lift your hands to come on guard, fight one more round. When your nose is bleeding and your eyes are black and you are so tired you wish your opponent would crack you one on the jaw and put you to sleep, fight one more round – remembering that the man who always fights one more round is never whipped.”

That’s great!
My wife started losing weight the same time as me, two years later she is still at it making steady progress and already lost over 140 pounds. She no longer has to take blood pressure tablets, she is no longer on blood thinners, and 2 more clear blood tests and the doctor will agree the diabetes is now in remission. I am so incredibly proud of her as you are of Patty, but if I posted a picture of her she would skin me alive.I never saw a wild thing
sorry for itself.
