I'm stuck on what to make my last snack/dinner to fill rest of my macros for keto.
I am 5'9, 19 years old, 160 lbs, around 20% fat.
Apparently my macros for a day are (with a 20% deficit)
2153 calories
20g carbs
103g protein
184g fat
I'm almost done with my meal plan but stuck on filling rest of my macros.
I need:
242 calories, 12g protein, 11.7g carbs, 30g fat.
Any help would be appreciated.
