    Tdee?

What do you all use as your TDEE? Do you mess with the activity multiplier, or just set it on sedentary? I have a pretty active lifestyle, lots of walking every day and workout 6 days/week, but I'm never sure how to adjust for this...my TDEE is anywhere from 2000-3000 depending on what setting I choose. I wear an Apple Watch and it routinely puts me at around 2400-2700 calories/day which seems on par...for now I settle on the midpoint of 2500 and it seems to be working, cutting around 2200 calories/day after bulking at 3000/day. Just curious what approach others use.

Those calculators are just a ballpark, the only way you can really figure out your TDEE is to track your calories accurately for several weeks and see what your weight does during that time. But for me the BB.com TDEE calculator set on "moderately active" (I work out 6 days per week but have a sedentary job) seems to be right on the ball, but it certainly wont work for everyone.

All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

I use it with "sedentary" and track my workouts separately. That said, I usually don't eat back exercise calories. I adjust based on what my clothing feels like and the scale says, mostly the former.

Word, thanks guys. Yeah real life tracking is best, but you have to get a starting number from somewhere. The B.B. calculator puts me at 2200 so that seems pretty reasonable.
