    Smile Looking for good plan

    I need a good plan to lose fat and build muscle (strength and lean muscle, a six pack, that kind of thing) It has to be body weight- can't go to gym, no weights at my house.
    Some facts about me:
    I'm 13
    95-100 lbs. I bounce around a bit
    17%bf
    Physique
    Arms are average
    abs are a slightly showing, even when not flexed, not very defined, but more like an outline
    legs are a little thick, but not a lot.
    Anything helps!
    Chest is not really muscular, a has some fat on it, extends to armpit.

    You cannot gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.

    Get on a proven beginners plan. Find some way to get to a gym. Eat food and grow. If you are barely even 100 pounds you really should just eat everything you see and lift heavy.

    Should I just focus on gaining muscle? My pics are on my profile, if that helps. It turns out I do have some weights. Should I lift those? Also, is 17%bf too high?

    No, don't mind. Just do sport, calisthenics, weights, whatever. You will grow, currently you are kid, you shouldn't restrict yourself.
