So i took everyones advice regarding seeing a doctor about my weight and what not. Turns out i have lost significant amount of heart tissue and have bradycardia. My pulse is abnormally low and my EKG shows that my heart is overall not healthy. As anyone would expect, Ive been told to stop all exercise, not sure for how long but hopefully i can get better. I was hospitalized and saw numerous doctors, everyone told me that the only medicine is proper nutrition. Although, none of them told me what proper nutrition is...I was told to take multivitamins as well, not sure which ones though. Im trying to get healthy again so any vitamins foods or anything i should focus on?? Thanks!

Dam that sucks . I think vitamins are poisen, and would eat the proper foods that would have the vitamin your lacking instead .
So is this reversible I hope?
I actually have the opposite problem , as my resting heart rate is 120 . It’s caused by A-fib (Atrial Fibrillation ) , and it usually kills with a massive stroke .
So I feel for you bruh.
They want to operate and put in a pace maker to slow my heart down , but I’d sooner eat a bullet .
Hope things work out for you thoughLast edited by MajorTendonitis; 03-05-2018 at 10:04 PM.

I am not sure if it might help, but I was diagnosed with bradycardia, with BPM 30-40. I just started eating a lot, surplus everyday, gained some weight, like 20kg(~45lb), multi-vitamins, nutritious food, a lot of fats, proteins, after several years rest BPM become ~60, still suffering from hypothyroid though.

Did they somehow measure your heart tissue? I've treated several people with anorexia and bradycardia inpatient but we never talk about quantity of heart tissue.
Most generic multivitamins are fairly equivalent; if you pick any that would likely be fine. You can ask your physician for a prescription if you are still hesitant.
Without question you should have had the opportunity to speak with a registered dietitian as that person is an integral member of the treatment team for not only eating disorders but anyone hospitalized with malnutrition. The doctors almost certainly would anticipate the registered dietitian would go over with you appropriate eating styles for your situation (ie, proper nutrition). Did you speak with one?
