I am 23 years old male from India. Currently, I've 148 pounds weight and 5'8'' height.
I'm going to the gym for more than 4 months now. Since then my weight has been increased by 9-10 pounds in first 2 months. My strength has also increased. But I've noticed that I am not able to increase my weight above 148. It just keep oscillating at this point for over a month. Thats why I lost motivation and have been inconsistent with the diet &the workout.
But now I want to start again and thats why I've planned a diet for me which I would like to share. Note that I'm a vegetarian and I don't eat eggs. I go to the gym in the morning.
Upon waking - 4 Bananas + 2 tbsp peanut butter on 1 wheat bread
Pre workout - 1 scoop citrulline mallate + 1 scoop creatine
During workout - 1 scoop BCAA
Post workout - 1 scoop whey protein with water

30-45 mins after lunch - 500 ml milk + 1/2 scoop whey protein

Evening - 2 bananas + 15 raisins
Dinner - 2 cup Boiled black chickpeas + 3 boiled potatoes + Multivitamin

Apart from this, I may eat extra snacks. And I've sitting job from 9 AM to 6 PM. I workout for almost an hour and my trainer tells me the workouts to do.
Please tell me if this diet routine will be good enough for me. Any help/suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
