This is what I'm thinking to eat during my bulk, do you think it is enough?
I make sure of getting at least 1gr per pound of bodyweight of protein
Breakfast
Homemade chocolate (half cup milk, 1 chocolate bar)
40gr of oats
A piece of fruit
1 egg
1 bread
Snack:
200ml skimmed yogurt or 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 Cheese stick
4 saltin crackers
Sometimes a piece of fruit or other carb source
Lunch (pre workout)
80gr beef top sirloin or 150gr cooked chicken
1/3 cooked brown rice
40gr potato
And some veggies
Post workout
1 scoop of whey protein
A piece a of fruit
Half a bagel
Dinner (it's different every day, but I try to keep my carbs, fats and protein in check)
180gr cooked pasta with pesto or tomato sauce
1/2 Tuna can
Or
A roast beef (~50gr) sandwich, with cheese
By the way, I train 6-7 days a week, and I'm 5'8" and weigh 57.6kg (~126 pounds)
