What do you think, Is it fat or bloat? I know I lack muscle mass but I dont feel fat, by body feels firm enough, I dont understand why my belly should stick out like if Im pregnant and about to go into labour any minute.
And obviously I dont workout at the moment and Im 25 years old not 48

I uploaded two new photos (1880 and 1881) You can see I have some fat around my belly button, but thats not what Im talking about. Im talking about what makes my entire stomach pop out like If I have a giant baby in there. Not only does it look disgusting and weird but its also very uncomfortable and feels heavy

I suggest looking into this more (there are articles and also youtube videos) and working to correct your posture.

Yeah, I always knew I have a poor posture. In fact, in high school I had a posture like nr 3 in Posture-Improvement
What I did was to force myself to lean forward and as a result I got a posture like nr 1.
That being said I still feel that I have either a lot of stomach fat or that Im really bloated, especially under the bellybutton area

I didnt have a large meal but I drank a couple cups of tea

It’s not a joke man. I came here to ask for advice so I can solve my problem. Not to joke around and post dishonest pics.. I can’t pinch any more skin my stomach, it’s firm and too stretched out. There is nothing to pinch. But I have fat and skin to pinch below my bellybutton. I’m 186cm 85-86kg.

My advice: cut. Get on a good routine, like Fierce 5 Novice routine and dial in your nutrition to lose about a pound per week.
As you are a beginner you will be able to gain muscle as you lean out.

That's normal.
When walking around and not flexing I look like i'm pregnant too. 6'0 and 265 here.
The only reason why you think this isn't normal is because of this ab fad that started hundreds of years ago.
It's not normal.
Losing body weight just to get one body part good doesn't make sense to me. That's why I don't care about abs.
It's not worth making the rest of your body weak just to get your abs good. What's the point?
Abs are not the definition of fitness.
You're just led to believe that they are due to popular belief.
So good thing you have people like me here to tell you that they don't matter.
You need food to get stronger. What's the point of restricting calories just to get one body part good?
