    Is Activate Xtreme the answer?

I'm 35 and have been working out for 2 years now (building muscle and losing belly fat). I've always felt lethargic and lacked energy and even though I have an underactive thyroid for which I take daily meds for, I always feel lazy and sleepy. My testosterone levels are fine and numerous blood tests suggest there isn't anything wrong.

I decided to take Activate Xtreme for some assistance and initially I didn't feel any changes but wasn't feeling lazy or sleepy anymore so after finishing off a bottle of 120 capsules, I decided that I would be ok now and not use it anymore. It's been a week since I took any capsules and I feel really lethargic, tired and down, mood wise.

Question is what do I do? Shall I continue with Activate Xtreme to complete my 8 week cycle or not go back? If I do go back to using it, how do I phase it out so I don't feel like ****. Are there any serious risks for continuously taking them even after my cycle?

    Would appreciate it any advice.

there aren't any risks that would pose a serious risk to your health but f you don't cycle it there is the potential for it to lose effectiveness, there are other adaptogens such as rhodiola and ashwagandha that may help as alternatives
