About my training style- I am very strict in my movements. I try and make the movement harder for the muscle as opposed to just lifting more weight on using momentum, etc. I'm very proud of my workouts. Extremely intense.

    Initial impressions:
Flavor is awesome. It's a sweet lemonade. No mixing issues at all. Goes down easy. Got me a little bit itchy within 15 min (that tells me its go time! ) and I love that there is a decent amount of caffeine in this. 300mg makes me feel like I can move a bus. Had a great workout today. Probably took an hour and 15min or so

Insane workout today. I love squats (as you can tell), and I love to do high volume squats. Very controlled reps. Deep and slow. 2 people came up to me to comment on my squat form and weight being used and asked how to get bigger legs lol. Best feeling ever. Love this pre guys. Easy to get down, works great. Here's a pic I snapped afterwards:

Awesome workout today. Crazy pump. I'm a form freak, and arms have been a weakness in the past. Took me years to finally figure out how to train them the best for myself.

This pre workout is awesome guys. Perfect for me. I'll be leaving a review shortly, but expect high ratings
