    that's an odd question...

i wake up at 530am, lift from 6-730, and i'm working from 830-530 or so... but, during the day, I make sure to walk around the office, stretch, use my standing desk, and I do cardio as well...

In the evening after work? Odd question but if you must know...

Pick up the kids on the way home, cook dinner and eat with the whole family, feed the dog, give the kids baths, make sure they do their homework, random hobby stuff, hang with the kids a little, get them to bed by 8:30, chill with the wife in front of the tv till 10, go to bed and back up at 5am and in the gym by 5:15.

    Yayyyy kids.

BTW, what's this have to do with nutrition?

What do I do after work?

Depends. Sometimes I just lounge around and watch TV or make dinner. Sometimes I run errands. If I feel up to it, I will workout later in the evening.

    Get productive

I love getting morning workouts done early, feels like I have more room throughout the day to get stuff done

You have made many threads about this, you show many ED tendencies, and should seek professional help.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
