I dont really workout, but I recently lost weight from eating less, i noticed that i have 0 definition in my lower abs and Im not sure if Im able to get a 6 pack, hopefully it comes with lower body fat% because most of my fat is stored in my midsection and lower back.

It is more likely to be the case that you just don't have those muscles developed sufficiently to be able to see them.
