Since pull ups = handstand push ups
Push ups = body rows
Dips = upside down pull ups

Not even close OP.
Dips would be a rear-delt db raise.edit: Actually according to EXRX it would just be what they call a "raise", and work the lateral delts apparently.
IMO you shot yourself in the foot with the first one because you already said that pullups are upside down handstand pushups. So which one is it?? If pull-ups are a reverse handstand pushup, then handstand pushups are reverse pull-ups. You just can't have it both ways, so I don't know what you're trying to "pull" here. I mean technically it wouldn't even need to be aDB rear-delt raiseDB Raise, you could just be hanging upside with your arms in neutral position and do reverse dips and it would be akin to a rear delt raise, except now it's just an inverted body raise.Last edited by GeneralSerpant; 03-27-2018 at 01:25 PM.

From day 1 I have ALWAYS thought that it was a rear delt movement. This turns things upside down on me. Personally I would still think it is. Perhaps if you keep your elbows going to the back of your torso instead of off to the side? Going off to the side doesn't seems as natural in the first place.

I'm not quite sure what you're referring to, but if it's the arm movement pattern (immediately prior to the catch in the dumbbell version of the clean that I used as an example of the movement) then the elbows are not going off to the side and the traps are definitely involved. Grab a dumbbell and do the movement while feeling with the other hand what muscles are being contracted and you'll see.
