When i do straight bar curls my wrist are uncomfortable and i get pain in the wrist. With the ez bar its much better but get slight pain for about 3-5 seconds after i complete a set. I prefer to do straight bar for more bicep engagement an ease of adding small increments of progressive overload. Are wrist wraps a good practice to help protect my wrist an prevent pain? or any other ways to get my wrist used to the movement.
Appreciate any advice. ( an i mean wrist wraps NOT straps)

wrist wraps are not a good idea, you need to attack the actual issue, which is most likely weak forearms. Also if your wrists start bending, then the weight is too heavy.

I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!
