[center]Welcome to my log. I will be logging RSP DYNO (lemonade). Big thanks to RSP for giving me the opportunity to provide feedback on this product.

Just coming off a full meet prep (powerlifting) and competition this weekend. Will be transitioning to more of a hybrid (strength and hyper) type training. Will really put the DYNO to the test during the hyper days.

Anyways, tomorrow will be day one. Stay tuned.

Day 1

First impressions. Good, solid lemonade taste. Not too sweet. Not too tart. Love the ingredient profile. Took one scoop about 30 mins before lifting. Energy wasn't immediate - actually kicked in about 45 minutes after taking. Coming off a full power meet this weekend so today was day one of my intro cycle.

Notes

Took 1 scoop about 15 minutes before lifting. Great focus and solid pump today. Love the taste of this product. More to come tomorrow.

Notes

Good back to back sessions. Lots of power movements. Feeling strong post meet. Both days, took 1 scoop about 30 minutes out. I've found the colder the water (ice cold), the better the lemonade taste. Looking forward to some hypertrophy work this weekend with the product.

Went well. Took second overall. No PRs. Wasn't by best performance. Squat: 463 Bench: 319 Deadlift: 556 at 158 pounds body weight. Always room for improvement.

Hit some accessory work today. Took 1 scoop about 30 minutes pre workout. Amazing energy today. Knocked out some upper body hyper work and got a solid session in. Really liking this product thus far. Squats tomorrow!

Good session. Really focusing on building some work capacity for the time being before I jump back into DUP programming. One scoop about 30 mins out today, yet again great focus and stamina.

Good session. 1 scoop a little closer out to this one, about 10 minutes before beginning first set of deads. Really solid focus today once again. The focus is the #1 attribute of the product that I really like the most. Taste is solid as well. Got an upper body Hyper day tonight so will once again gauge the pump. More to come!

Tonight was bench hypertrophy. Great pump. Finished off with sets of pullups until I hit 100 total reps. The pump was unreal. Took 1.5 scoops before this one. WOW!

Been a few days, but all is going great. Had a few hypertrophy (upper and lower) days and hit bench work tonight. Worked up to 4 x 4 @ 275 and some board pressing off a 2 board for a 5 x 2 at 335.

Still loving the product. Taste has really grown on me and I look forward to drinking this pre-workout daily. Got squats tomorrow and some more hyper work Sunday. I will chime in with a final review next week once the tub empties.

Quick, simple session. First time putting 4 plates on the bar in about a month. 2 scoops before this one! Had me fired up and ready to go. Love this product. Hits the spot with the warmer weather. Kinda like drinking straight up lemonade! More to follow this week then final review.

Final Review

First off, thank you to JP and RSP for the opportunity. What a great product. I am very thankful to get the opportunity to test this one out. Easily one of the best pre-workouts I had used from a taste, ingredient, and performance aspect.

Taste 8.5/10

Great lemonade flavor. Not too sweet. Not too sour. Not gritty at all. Goes down pretty smooth, especially with ice cold water.

Pump 8/10

Solid pumps. Most of my training was more in the "power" range but the days I had volume/reps - I noticed an increase in blood flow and muscular fullness.

Focus 9/10

Perhaps the best part of this product. Wow - talk about dialed in. 1 scoop had me focused on the task at hand.

Overall 8.5/10

VERY good product. Would recommend to any lifter looking to take their pre-workout experience to that next level.
