    Training program & Diet

    There are a lot of training programs. Some of them are effective, some - are not. I've tried different programs. Last year I wanted to be prepared for summer, because I was going to Sicily. I had only 5-6 weeks to achive my goal (it was to lose about 6 or 7 kg to look good). I didn't have much time to go to gym. So after a few days of reading literature in the Internet I've created my own program. It contains new different exercises for every day and healthy diet (every day has a new delicious menu
    After that term I've lost even more - 9 kg. I' ve never had before that figure. My friends said that I looked awesome And some of them asked me for sharing my program. Here's a result of my friend after 3 weeks
