There are a lot of training programs. Some of them are effective, some - are not. I've tried different programs. Last year I wanted to be prepared for summer, because I was going to Sicily. I had only 5-6 weeks to achive my goal (it was to lose about 6 or 7 kg to look good). I didn't have much time to go to gym.
