I’ve been on keto for 6 weeks and have lost 20lbs. I did a low calorie diet with daily exercise and some weight training for 2 months prior and lost 25lbs. For the past month I’ve been doing heavier weight training and have seen some gains but I want to get serious about it and begin building mass. I currently take creatine, bcaas, preworkout, and protein. I was thinking about going on a moderate to high carb diet or a cyclical keto diet. Any suggestions? Also, I have a glycogen supplement. Would it be benifical to take it in smaller quantities in any kind of keto diet?

This might sound crazy and incorrect, however, when I was doing keto back in 2007, I tried to build mass while on keto. I am not kidding, I took in close to 10,000 calories per day and didn't gain a single pound. I know it sounds crazy, but I just couldn't gain weight on keto.
I maintained, though. I wasn't losing anymore with that much calories.Check out my gaming Youtube Channel! https://www.youtube.com/c/solidnate

When your arms are so tired that you can hardly lift your hands to come on guard, fight one more round. When your nose is bleeding and your eyes are black and you are so tired you wish your opponent would crack you one on the jaw and put you to sleep, fight one more round – remembering that the man who always fights one more round is never whipped.”
